Looks like AXL hasn't cornered the "relic'd" market. I tripped over this Spear LP clone: beat-to-crap finish, mahogany set neck (nice fret relief!), inlaid MOP logo, dual soapbars. The foam dreadnought case is just lagniappe, but hey, free is free. Certainly a swamp-blues sort of axe. Asking $200+$53:

All a writer really needs is a blank page and a bad attitude.

If you dig more traditional relicing, also check out the Vintage ICON series. A bit hard to get in America, but there are several Canadian dealers which will chip across the border...

Interesting. I can't find too much information on the Spears.

The Vintage Icon looks pretty cool though. They've got a lot of different models.

Vintage is a pretty big brand across the pond. Check out the number of endorsers they have. And they are by-and-large an affordable brand. Very different from the atmosphere over here where you rarely find an ensorsee attached to a sub $1000 guitar unless it's a spin off of an actual signature line.
