Set neck, Floyd Rose, dual Humbuckers. Very Jackson/Charvel/Kramer or even earlier 80's Ibanez in style.

The prices are simply insane -- $239 & $189 respectively. That puts 'em well into Frugal territory, competing with the AXL Badwater & Marquee lines I like so much, with many more nice details. The set-neck has great relief at the heel; while I'm not much of a shredder, I just prefer to have the chance to use all 24 frets....

All a writer really needs is a blank page and a bad attitude.

saw someone posting them on SS.org .. they're pretty nice looking and seem to be well spec'd for what they do. if I were to get one I'd like pickups that weren't as focused on providing a good distorted voice, I like my guitars to do as many things as possible so going from dead clean to outright scream while doing the in between stuff is a must. but for that price, pretty sure picking up a set of pickups wouldn't be an issue at least

It's been a great many years since I had a guitar with a Floyd Rose, not sure I'd even know what to do with it. And I do so much double stop bending that pretty much any trem is hard to cope with. Even with that said, tempting axes. I paid double or more for my Charvette when I was in high school. The options we have today are insane!
