Sometimes it's a tone you've been searching for on your own rig, sometimes it's a tone or technique you didn't even know existed, but once you hear it you can't escape it. I think I have lots of crap in my garage that sounds like the first one though! Melting down such that it only works for one riff in one frequency range!
